The VHW-F washing and drying station offers the option of starting with a glass washing machine for minimum requirements and gradually modifying and upgrading this as required. Key advantages are delivered not only due to flexible expandability, but also through the functional and technical overhaul of this glass washing machine.
The brushes, in combination with the high-precision optical coating detection, can be automatically and continuously adjusted, ensuring that they are always applied to the glass sheets with the same contact pressure and speed. This prevents any scratching of the glass sheets, in particular when coatings are applied. This gentle procedure extends the service life of the brushes, while also providing the optimum cleaning results.
Depending on customer requirements, up to 4 pairs of brushes (= 8 brushes) are used in the washing process to achieve high-quality cleaning and washing results, as well as the corresponding required cycle times. The last washing zone, which is operated with clean water, also ensures that the glass surface is cleaned almost entirely residue-free. An optional clean water treatment and circulation system is available. A faster and more efficient drying process with the use of a flow-optimised blower air supply also ensures optimum and reliable drying of the glass sheets.
The fusion of the pre-wash and main washing stations, which were previously managed as individual modules, into an optimised, single-unit and shortened compact washing machine model facilitates a much shorter machine integration time.
