BTB's non-scratch narrow profile pinchweld trimming blades allow easy and safe removal of the remaining windscreen adhesive bead from the vehicle pinchweld/body and glass after glass or panel removal, leaving the correct thickness of adhesive for re-bonding. The narrow profile provides better clearance when using these blades up against the raised section on vehicle roof panels, A-Pillars and trims/fittings.
Features
- Each of these blades have a special and distinct radius grind cutting edge to the underside, which extends up the vertical wing on the "winged" blades, which avoids any damage to painted pinchwelds
- Eliminate scratching of paintwork on pinchweld and vertical pinchweld wall
- Maintain the integrity of the E-Coat
- Safely remove urethane embedded with shattered tempered glass fragments e.g. smashed rear hatch glass
