The Backing Rod Reel Stand allows for efficient application of backing rod during production and is made from high quality, powder coated electro galvanized steel. The backing rod reel can rotate freely as backing rod is pulled in to position, while maintaining enough friction to prevent unwanted unspooling. Swivel castor wheels allow the stand to be positioned and locked in place. The stand can hold multiple reels and sizes of backing rod that are easy to change, and the unit also acts as a mobile work station with two large trays to hold tools and consumables.
